This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you play the video game Singularity, including any related websites, services, and content (collectively, the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
The Game is developed and published by Alfredo Siezar, operating from Nicaragua, who is the data controller responsible for the information described in this Policy. You can reach us at alfsiezar@gmail.com.
The Game has no user accounts and no sign-in of any kind — there is nothing to register for. We may still collect the following categories of information:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Gameplay & progress data | In-game progress, scores, and achievement status, stored locally on your device |
| Game Center data (optional) | If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your Game Center player ID and achievement progress are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy |
| Advertising & device identifiers | Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — collected only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission — plus device model, operating system version, IP address, and similar technical identifiers used by our advertising and mediation partners |
| Purchase confirmation | Confirmation that the optional "Remove Ads" purchase was completed; the purchase itself is processed entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit), which handles your payment details directly — we never receive or store card information |
| Diagnostic & crash data | Crash logs and diagnostic data collected automatically by Unity's crash-reporting tools to help us find and fix bugs |
| Attribution data | Ad-attribution data reported through Apple's SKAdNetwork, a framework that measures ad campaign performance without identifying you personally |
We use the information described above to:
The Game is supported by advertising. We show interstitial ads through Unity LevelPlay (the ironSource mediation platform), which mediates ad demand from other networks, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Ads are typically shown after a match ends.
App Tracking Transparency and the IDFA. On first launch, before any advertising SDK is initialized, the Game asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework. If you grant permission, the Game collects your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and shares it, along with related advertising and usage data, with the advertising partners listed below. This data is used to personalize the ads you see, measure ad performance, cap how often you see the same ad, and attribute app installs to ad campaigns. If you decline the ATT prompt or have not yet responded to it, your IDFA is not collected, and any ads shown to you are not personalized using it.
Advertising partners. Our current advertising and mediation partners are:
These partners may change as we adjust which ad networks are mediated through LevelPlay; we will update this Policy to reflect any material change.
SKAdNetwork. Alongside IDFA-based measurement, the Game supports Apple's SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving framework that lets advertisers measure ad campaign performance without identifying individual users.
Your choices. You can grant, deny, or change your tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. Turning tracking off there stops collection of your IDFA going forward; you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using it.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. See Section 4 above for how to specifically control advertising tracking and the IDFA.
The Game is operated from Nicaragua. Your information, including data shared with the advertising partners described in Section 4, may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where those partners or Apple operate. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are appropriately protected.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
