These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the video game Singularity, including any related websites, services, updates, and content (collectively, the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for players of all ages. If you are a minor, or you otherwise cannot form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any in-app purchase made on your device.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

The Game offers one optional in-app purchase, "Remove Ads" ($4.99), a non-consumable purchase that permanently disables interstitial advertising within the Game. This purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit); we do not process payments ourselves and do not receive or store your payment card details. All purchases are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies and are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as granted by Apple.
The Game, including all associated software, artwork, text, music, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Game, including advertising and tracking data, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to such collection and use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately, and any licenses granted to you under these Terms end.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nicaragua, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved in the courts located in Nicaragua.
